3 Beauty Benefits of Olive Oil

Take a fancy glass bottle, fill with olive oil, add a few drops of your favorite essential oils and keep in your bathroom.

Here are three ways to use it:

1. Add 2 tablespoons to bath water for a fragrant and moisturizing soak.
2. Massage a little into your damp skin after a shower, then towel dry. It works better than creams to moisturize.
3. Put a very small amount into your palm, rub your hands together, then smooth into dry hair and brush it through. It will moisturize, bring out the shine and defrizz.
   (Be careful not to use too much or your hair will look oily.)
