Daydreaming

What do you dream about while you are awake?

Daydreams can help you in many ways.

Fantasizing about future plans can help you figure out what you really want and set specific goals.

Reminiscing about the past can help you let go of excess baggage or fondly remember someone you miss dearly.

Sometimes our minds just need to take a breather. If you are overloaded at work, you can take a few minutes to relax, breathe and dream. Create a safe place for yourself in your dream world. When you feel stressed, daydream yourself to your safe place.

Or sometimes we just need to ease the boredom of the day. Dream about things you wouldn’t dare do or say.

Daydreaming can help you find creative freedom. You never know what ideas will pop into your head. Images for a piece of art work you could create. Scenes for a novel you may want to write. Feed your fantasies.

Give your mind a break.

Dream a little.
