Marion Cotillard earned an Academy Award this year for Best Actress in a Lead Role for La Vie en Rose, in which she played French chanteuse Edith Piaf.
I first took notice of Cotillard in a French film call Love Me If You Dare. It was a quirky little film about love and childhood games that go too far.
She also gave a scene-stealing performance as a woman obsessed with vengeance during World War I in A Very Long Engagement.

This actress has one of the softess skin face in the world. And she’s a very good actress. I was just disappointed with the movie she received an oscar for.

Oh, she was in Love Me If You Dare? Crazy. I saw that like a year and a half ago yet hadn’t made any connection yet to La Vie in Rose. Okay, awesome.
