1. Drink lots of water. Put down the fizzy diet sodas and mocha lattes. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day will keep your skin hydrated. It’ll keep your insides clean too.
2. Wear sunscreen during the day. Ever wonder why Nicole Kidman has such beautiful skin? She never lets the sun damage her face. She wears sunscreen and hats and as a result, looks like a china doll as she is approaching 40. My favorite everyday sunscreen made by Kiehl’s. Ultra Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15.
3. Remove your makeup before bed. Always, always, always wash your face before you go to bed. When you wear makeup to bed, you clog your pores and stain your sheets. It only takes a couple of minutes to wash your face. Don’t be lazy. Follow up with a light moisturizer like my current favorite from L’Occitane. Olive Radiance Moisturizing Cream.
